Page Personnel are working with a leading utilities organisation based in Bradford who are actively seeking a L&D Advisor to add value to their HR function on a 4-6 month basis.
This will be a busy and varied position that will support the entire L&D process along with designing and delivering practical tailored learning and development solutions to meet business needs.

Description
In a busy and varied L&D Advisor position in Bradford, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:
- Design and deliver practical tailored learning and development solutions to meet business needs.
- Review all materials, techniques and methodologies on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality is delivered.
- Identify learning and development needs through the business planning process.
- Develop and deliver the management development and business skills training modules e.g. coaching, performance management, presentation skills, influencing.
- Develop and deliver bespoke and off the shelf on-line learning solutions.
Profile
- Demonstrate relentless drive, energy and determination
- Excellent communication ability both written and verbal
- Demonstrable ability to design and deliver training material
- Have experience in a similar Training/L&D position
