Page Personnel are working with a market-leader in the pharmaceutical industry who are actively seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join their HR function for a 12 month FTC.

In a busy and varied position which will involve very frequent travel, the successful candidate will cover the entire Yorkshire & North East regions, providing a generalist HR consultative service.

Description

In a varied and fast-paced Regional HR Advisor position, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Record MI and prepare reports for HR Manager and RDM's to use to effectively support good HR practice and achieve key objectives
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders by providing credible and quality HR advice
  • To undertake any allocated or ad-hoc HR projects given
  • Planning HR activity and communications
  • Defining proposals with line managers

Profile

CIPD qualified and/or extensive experience of organisational change

Good knowledge and experience in employment law/employee relations issues and working with unions

Strong influencing/interpersonal skills, based on passion about people and their contribution to business success

Commercial and strongly business-aligned, active in addressing the needs of the business
