A vibrant leading organisation based in Cheltenham are seeking a part-time HR Administrator to support the People Team.
Your new role
We are looking for a part-time HR Administrator with excellent administration skills, to support the People Team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, who understands the need for confidentiality, and is able to work efficiently under their own initiative.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Level 3 or working towards.
Administering HR-related documentation, recruitment support - managing the Applicant Tracking System, filtering CVs and responding to applicants, scheduling interviews, supporting on payroll administration, administration of employee benefits, co-ordinating employee inductions, booking training courses, providing support to the People team/HR and Senior Leadership teams
