Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global media company based in West London with the opportunity to work from home or their London office 2 days per week. They are looking for a Reward and Data Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.Reporting to the SVP of Reward and Benefits, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the annual salary review, salary benchmarking and bonus scheme processesMaintaining relationships with benefit suppliers, ensuring the benefits remain as competitive as possible and updating any policies in relation to benefit changesContributing to the annual HR budgeting requirementsMaintaining and updating data required for Reward related activities, and ensuring it is always accurateEnsuring that all Reward processes are as efficient and as streamlined as possibleThe ideal candidate will have:Prior experience within Compensation and BenefitsStrong stakeholder management experienceStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel skillsGlobal experience is desirableTo be considered for this position please apply accordingly or get in touch with Yasmin Earl at Oakleaf Partnership to find out more about the role.
