Your new role
A full generalist HR Officer role, you will be supporting staff in a manufacturing environment. With the full employee lifecycle, your role will include managing recruitment, on-boarding and changes to T&C, along side managing any ER issues and coaching and developing managers.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager, who is able to start a post immediately. As a stand alone HR Officer, you will need to be comfortable supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle.
