Job Details
We are partnering with a UK wide engineering specialist during a period of growth and acquisition, and are seeking a TUPE expert to manage a number of small a large processes for approx 3 months.
Our client has offices nationally, but require an Interim TUPE and ER specialist to be based from the Exeter site to manage the consultations, harmonisation of terms, ER case works for a small number of offices within the south west.
To be considered you will be immediately available and self sufficient in leading on TUPE transfers and process, and be expert in ER management. An autonomous role supporting a busy HR function during a period of growth. 3 month FTC.
