HR Change Manager

Your new company
A large and fast paced commercial organisation based near to Birmingham. They are currently going through an exciting period of business transformation and change. They are now looking to recruit a permanent HR Change Manager to support them with this ongoing change management and continuous improvement agenda.
Your new role
The HR Change Manager will work in partnership with the HR team, senior leadership teams, change project managers and external stakeholders to lead and support change management projects within the organisation. The role will develop, implement and drive business transformation projects. Key focuses will include cultural change, HR process change and HR system integration projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced CIPD qualified senior HR professional with expertise in HR transformation and change. Previous experience of leading and supporting HR based change management projects using project management methodologies is essential. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be well organised and able to explain ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
What you'll get in return
