Lead Occupational Health Advisor -West Midlands

We are currently looking for an experienced OHA to join one of our clients on a part time, permanent basis. You will be required to work 30 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days, start times can be flexible.

This is an In-House opportunity and a chance to join a well-known organisation. The successful candidate will be based on one client site in the West Midlands with only a very occasional travel requirement to cover another site in Lincoln (likely to be annually only).

Our client are looking for someone who can deliver the full OH remit this will include maintaining health surveillance compliance and fitness assessments, as well as health and wellbeing promotion and case management. You will be required to also provide leadership and mentorship to a small team of OHA's based across other UK sites.

An OH qualification and part 3 registration is essential for this role.
