I am working with a leading professional services organisation in Sussex to recruit a new HR Advisor. Working as part of a small HR Function, this is a full generalist role with responsibilities including:
Managing recruitment processes including screening, interviews and offer management
Support managers with ER and case management process including Probationary review meetings, Exit Interviews, Sickness absence and performance
Generalist HR Advice and support on people policies and procedures.
Ideally you'll come from a generalist/advisory background and be comfortable working closely with business managers on people policies and processes. A CIPD qualification is ideally sought and you must be comfortable working autonomously to achieve business objectives.
