Description
As the Senior Reward Analyst you will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to provide robust infomation to inform reward decisions as well as being involved with various projects across the business.
Profile
The successful Senior Reward Analyst will:
- have worked in a similar position previously working with large volumes of complex data - ESSENTIAL
- be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
- have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with senior leaders - ESSENTIAL
