Portfolio HR are proud to be exclusively supporting the UKs leading HR & Employment Law Service provider in their search for a HR Documentation Consultant. The HR Documentation Consultant will join a friendly team and work in a busy, fast paced environment, being responsible for creating, updating, maintaining and reviewing all client documentation and contracts as well as the following:

  • Creating HR/Employment Law documentation for clients in line with their needs/requirements
  • Checking all existing documentation for terms that breach Employment Law as well as any typographical or grammatical errors and correcting as required
  • Liaising with clients, drafting any new documentation that is required and dealing with queries as appropriate
  • Liaise with Field Consultants and deal with queries as appropriate
  • Ensuring that deadlines for KPI/SLA targets are met
  • Being able to guide clients through their client portal
  • To record work via computerised systems, using the log process

In order to be considered for this opportunity, the following is essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate professionally over the phone
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising your own workload
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of employment law coupled with the desire to learn on the job
