Portfolio HR are proud to be exclusively supporting the UKs leading HR & Employment Law Service provider in their search for a HR Documentation Consultant. The HR Documentation Consultant will join a friendly team and work in a busy, fast paced environment, being responsible for creating, updating, maintaining and reviewing all client documentation and contracts as well as the following:
- Creating HR/Employment Law documentation for clients in line with their needs/requirements
- Checking all existing documentation for terms that breach Employment Law as well as any typographical or grammatical errors and correcting as required
- Liaising with clients, drafting any new documentation that is required and dealing with queries as appropriate
- Liaise with Field Consultants and deal with queries as appropriate
- Ensuring that deadlines for KPI/SLA targets are met
- Being able to guide clients through their client portal
- To record work via computerised systems, using the log process
In order to be considered for this opportunity, the following is essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally over the phone
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising your own workload
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of employment law coupled with the desire to learn on the job
