Job Details
A leading international law firm based in The City are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support their Recruitment team. Reporting into the Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Assisting the team in a variety of core resourcing related admin tasks (including diary management, arranging interviews, booking meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)Assisting the resourcing team with secretarial duties, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables etc.Managing the recruitment calendar and recruitment inboxArranging resourcing related meetings, events or travel and producing packs as necessary, including conference calls and video conference callsCompleting expense reclaim formsPrinting, photocopying, scanning, creating and amending documentsProcessing invoices and assisting with budget managementAssisting with related projects and initiatives providing admin assistance where requiredAs the Recruitment Administrator, you will possess:An interest in resourcingStrong IT skills to include MS OfficeNumeracy skills and ability to create, interpret and generate reports and spreadsheetsAttention to detailAbility to handle sensitive situations and information in a discreet mannerIf this Recruitment Administrator role is of interest, please apply directly.
