Are you a HR Generalist with experience in reporting and enjoys the analytical side of HR? My client, an award-winning brand with a portfolio of properties across the UK is looking for an HR Advisor to join the team.
Existing across 19 cities with a vast portfolio of property, this multi award-winning brand is constantly looking for new locations to expand into, providing high-end property directly to their consumer.
As the HR Advisor, you will sit within a team of 5, responsible for a head count of 400+ based across the London head office and the wider UK. You will own all reporting, identifying key trends and presenting these to senior stakeholders, growing your profile within the brand. As the superuser for the HRIS, you will ensure best practice is used and that all records are compliant with current legislation. You will be business facing and have a proactive approach to HR, coaching managers around employee relations, advising on the end to end recruitment process as well as supporting with change management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the HR Advisor role, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and a keen interest in offering a great level of service to the business.
