A FTSE 250 business, with Central London offices, are currently recruiting for a Senior Reward Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, matrix company with a fantastic reputation.
Your new role
Your role as Senior Reward Analyst, will be to support the Reward Managers on all aspects of reward. You will ensure data integrity, and provide accurate reporting and analysis for the business, with recommendations. You will take ownership of specific projects, one being the gender pay gap reporting, as well as other ad hoc requirements. You will support on cyclical reward activities, managing salary surveys, job evaluations (Hay.) and supporting on pay reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive reward professional who is always coming up with ideas to improve processes and procedures. You will have advanced Excel, most certainly Vlookups and pivot tables, and ideally macros. You will have worked in a large matrix company and therefore will have dealt with extremely large sets of data.
