Training Manager

Exciting new role of Training Manager to join my Ascot based client, with some travel. This is a permanent role paying up to £43k + great benefits.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the training strategy for the UK and Ireland in line with the countries general sales strategy.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Responsible for the training strategy, content, and implementation, including train the trainer, for the levels of self-employed sales advisors and team leaders. The training ranges from sales training to basic management training.

• Assist in sourcing and contributing to Manager training, Head Office training and any other training activities.

• Responsible for the development, evaluation and evolution of the Direct selling demonstration and tools.

• The role will involve national travel in the field to observe and monitor training and the demonstrations for both products. There may be some international travel punctually.
• Responsible for placing new advisors onto our systems and ensuring that all admin details are up to date to ensure correct sales tracking and commission payment.

The successful candidate have a proven track record managing training within a multi-site business and will be interested in following current training trends and implementing an up to date and flexible training programme for the sales force.
