You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

 

About the Role Reporting to the Strategic Relationship Leaders (SRLs) for Deals and for Firmwide, the “Senior Portfolio Manager – Deals and Firmwide” will be responsible for supporting the SRLs in each of these areas with the delivery of key strategic Deals T&D projects and key strategic Firmwide T&D projects. The role will involve managing a portfolio of both Deals & Firmwide T&D courses and strategic projects. The first few months working primarily with the Deals LoS, and then with a more even split in terms of time allocations between Deals and Firmwide.

 

 

 

It will include developing and driving forward relationships with key stakeholders so as to ensure we meet the needs of our business, exploring the potential for tech-enablement of our T&D offerings, helping to make T&D more accessible and intuitive to our learners, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, working closely with the Learning Design and Learning Experience teams in T&D to develop new (and maintain existing) learning offerings with a strong business and professional skills focus, and in so doing, promote an effective learning culture within PwC.

 

 

 

Key aspects of this role will include • Operating as a business partner and engaging with key business stakeholders to obtain an understanding of Deals and Firmwide training needs and priorities

 

• Working closely with the other LoS Strategic Relationship team members to bring the best of T&D to our learning and development interventions.

 

• Shaping the T&D agenda for Firmwide and Deals programmes and working with key stakeholders to develop appropriate and ‘fit for purpose’ learning and development interventions in these areas.

 

• Supporting the SRLs in these areas by driving the delivery of strategic Deals and Firmwide projects for T&D.

 

• Coordinating LoS requests in respect of Deals and Firmwide programmes and in doing so, determining if a learning intervention is the appropriate solution to address a business requirement.

 

•Working with other T&D Teams, our wider People Teams and the Business to deliver planned Deals and Firmwide T&D activity on time and to budget.

 

• Analysing various strategic, operational and evaluation reporting at both curriculum and programme level.

 

• Discussing this analysis with key stakeholders and appropriate parties within T&D and the business to develop recommendations, produce an improvement plan and oversee any resulting enhancements.

 

• Managing all projects and deliverables within approved budgetary constraints.

 

Requirements • Has a good understanding of our PwC Lines of Service and knowledge of our PwC firmwide milestone, talent and professional skills offerings.

 

 

 

• A passion for learning and developing our people and ability to demonstrate depth of knowledge in current methodologies.

 

• Strong interest in technology advancements to enhance learning outcomes.
