Working in a fast paced contract based business; you will be part of a small team reporting to the HR Director. This is a broad based generalist HR role requiring you to advise, guide and support our Managers in the application of effective people management practices and policies. Also involved in TUPE and contracts mobilisation/demobilisation, you will have HR input on bids and tenders and must be comfortable dealing with the challenges of a changing contract management team and workforce.

You will be an HR professional who has gained significant generalist experience in an operational role. You will also have practical experience of TUPE and its implications for employee engagement, Industrial Relations and knowledge of IIP. Commercially focused, you will be flexible and pragmatic in your approach and have excellent communication and influencing skills. Ideally you will be graduate calibre/CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification in HR.
