I am working with a globally recognised and professionally focused not-for-profit organisation who are based in South London have a fantastic opportunity for an expereinced Learning and Development Partner to join them on a permanent basis.You will be part of the OD team reporting into the OD Manager. The focus of this role is to design and deploy people development solutions and promote a learning culture within the organisation. To review and improve learning and development on an ongoing basis to ensure organisational capability, performance and behaviours are at an optimal level within the business to enable delivery of the organisation strategic goals.The role includes but is not limited to:Design, develop and deliver the annual training and development plan including a portfolio of people development solutions (face-to-face, digital, on-the-job etc) that enable people to develop and the organisation to increase the capability of its talent and achieve objectives.Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources department.Work in partnership with business leaders to fully understand their people development requirements and propose / develop appropriate and effective solutions.Facilitate team and group sessions, either individually or in partnership with managers, heads of department or directors, aimed at overcoming difficult challenges and enabling higher levels of functioning and achievement.Get in touch to find out more about this great opportunity on emilymcgeough@oakleafpartnership.com
