Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this well-known retail business to recruit an experienced Training Lead on an initial 6-9-month contract.
This organisation is going through a change programme that is affecting their entire industry. To stay ahead of the curve, an experienced Training Lead is required to come on board, work with the subject matter experts to build your own knowledge and understanding of the project and how it will impact their staff, as well as understanding their customers journey. You will then lead the TNA, design, delivery and evaluation of all training specific to the programme; delivering inhouse training solutions to several key areas of the business.
