The Talent Manager works in close partnership with the Business Units translating demands into Talent solutions. The team also works in close partnership with the Regional/Central teams adapting solutions to our reality.

Business Strategy

  • Understand and rolls out Group sourcing and Talent strategies
  • Defines talent acquisition, influences on-boarding, performance and development strategy in line with HR Strategic vision/targets, and cluster business strategy and needs
  • Brings expertise to the category to create breakthrough thinking on talent attraction / retention / development
  • Support BU business transformation with talent strategy
  • Builds internal / external talent pool for cluster with engaging CRM PlanInnovation
  • For the category - know the latest developments, best practices and trends to bring leading edge expertise to the cluster and Danone
  • Implement 2.0 strategies: leverage and promote use of digital tools/resources, community management
  • Implement market mapping strategies for the categoryConsumers, Customers & Stakeholders

  • Demonstrate empathy and respect for people. Develop authentic relationships, through generous listening & straight talk
        • Employer branding local management
          • Identify category needs
          • Optimize visibility in all strategic sourcing channels for the category
        • Job posting & sourcing
          • With HRBP / recruiting line manager / challenge and build job requisition and talent profile. Post on sHaRe
          • Search internal candidates database and talent pool
          • Co build recruitment process and approach with Business Unit HRBP and team leaders
          • Select and Manage Agencies / Headhunters
          • Pre-select candidates
          • Screen CVs and Interview candidates to build a shortlist
            • Debrief on candidates with Business Unit HRBP and Functional leads
          • Lead on candidate offer and feedback. Develop Internal Talent agenda:
            • Prepare and lead cluster category Talent Review meetings
            • Define action and development plan in conjunction with Business Unit HRBP's / HRD's
            • With HRBP's anticipate category talent needs and actively manage internal talent pools to provide solutions. Know key talent in the category
            • Manage External Talent Pool
            • Build external Talent pools and define CRM strategy with Business Unit's (using market knowledge and 2.0 sourcing tools and strategyProcess & Projects - Talent Development
          • Strategies & policies
            • Ensure application of Talent group guidelines
            • Provide insights on capability development for category to learning managers and insight ion organizational planning to HRD's
            • Provide insights on talent needs to regional Talent team
            • Contribute to regional managers development programs
            • Consolidate Succession Plan for the category, prepare action plan and integrate insights
            • Animate & consolidate cluster Talent review for Managers
            • Manage career plans (Managers)- In close relationship with Business Units HRBPs
            • Consolidate and manage succession plan (Managers)
            • Foster cross-category/functional mobility inside the clusters

Profile

  • Has strong previous experience in sourcing and talent management (in particular succession planning) in any field/function
  • Able to think long term whilst having focus on short term requirements
  • Able to establish effective and trusted relationships / partnership whilst providing a challenging perspective
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
  • Able to translate business strategy into a category talent strategy, monitor Budget and create business cases to support needs for more/different investments
  • Capable and previously demonstrated breakthrough thinking

  • Entrepreneur (willing to try different approaches and take risks), very curious about trends and strong growth mindset.

Job Offer

Up to 60k plus 6k car allowance plus other benefits.
