Your new company are a vibrant and growing accountancy firm based in the Rossendale area. Due to ongoing success within the business and resulting growth, our client is now looking for a HR Administrator to join their fast-moving HR team of two on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new job will entail providing a comprehensive HR administrative service to the wider HR team, overseeing the full lifecycle of recruitment from contracts through to leavers, employer and right to work checks as well as utilising the Cascade system to update absence requests. In addition to this, you will be supporting the payroll team and handling 1st line support, handing over all escalating ones to the senior HR team and provide a comprehensive support to HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal applicant will be commercially-minded and results driven, preferentially with experience within a fast-paced HR team or working within a similar capacity. You will have strong rapport-building skills, highly organised, competent with microsoft office as well as customer-focused.
What you'll get in return
Our client is offering a competitive starting salary of £17k - £20k depending on skills and experience with consideration for support with CIPD Level 3 for the right candidate and the opportunity to develop within a growing organisation in addition to other benefits.
