A highly regarded Manufacturing/Engineering business is currently seeking a vastly capable Talent & Development Advisor. In this newly created role you will take ownership of all L&D and Talent initiatives throughout the business, and as such, will have the opportunity to make a clear and distinct impression within the organisation.
Reporting to the HRD you will work in a highly autonomous capacity, with responsibility for a mix of TNA, design, delivery and evaluation, whilst working with Heads of Department within the business to ensure that they are taking ownership for training and development needs within their business areas.
You will have a full remit within this role to impact on PDRs, PDPs, Graduate recruitment and development, on boarding, training, design, delivery and evaluation – this is a truly exciting role to get stuck in to!
To be considered for this role you will:
Have worked across all aspects of the training cycle;
Ideally have been involved in recruitment/talent attraction;
Have experience of having worked within a manufacturing/engineering business.
