Recruiter

Successful internal recruitment team are looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis to help them achieve their hiring plans for this expanding organisation.

The main responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

• Providing an optimal candidate experience, building the employer brand
• Building relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to quickly gain a sound understanding of the business area you are partnering and its hiring needs
• Managing multiple vacancies at any one time to completion
• Spending time with Hiring Managers to understand their current and future hiring plans, challenging their intended method and existing ways of working, where necessary
• Supporting Hiring Managers with interviews, ensuring candidate offers are processed correctly and promptly and unsuccessful candidates are provided with feedback
• Building and managing relationships with external recruitment partners
• Building talent pools and sourcing suitable candidates directly
• Ensuring the Applicant Tracker System is maintained
• Ensuring all administration is completed on time and collating MI reports to provide insight to your business area's recruitment

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Experience of working as a Recruiter in a fast paced recruitment environment, managing multiple vacancies to completion at any one time
• To be highly motivated and enjoy working as part of a fast paced team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience of delivering results in a pressurised environment
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• To enjoy building relationships with people at all levels
• A full driving license
