The Opportunity A highly reputable, global professional services firm is looking for a strategic Resourcing Business Partner on a FTC to join their established, collaborative team. Disrupting the market with a strategy of high growth and transformation, as a Senior Manager you will be a leader in driving change. Working with the business to develop and implement a resourcing strategy, you'll identify and deliver solutions for the Talent Agenda that will optimise both employee and business performance. The Detail As an accomplished Resourcing Business Partner, you stand out as being a creative thinker with strong commercial acumen, forecasting the organisation's needs across all hire types, with the capability to juggle competing priorities and the confidence to deliver to a client base with high expectations and a complex matrix structure.
*Develop and implement the resourcing strategy in line with the firm-wide talent strategy
*Working in partnership the centres of excellence on both permanent and contract recruitment
*Managing the recruitment at Partner level
*Ensuring excellence in delivery and operations across the key business units and COE teams
*Managing a multi-million recruitment budget to deliver the most cost-effective solutions
*Lead on resourcing projects with strategic business units to continually drive innovation
*Using extensive skills, knowledge and business acumen to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and strategic workforce planning, talent analytics and management, ensuring fairness and consistency runs throughout
*Nurturing, coaching and mentoring team members and the wider HR community Skills and experience
*Extensive resourcing background
*Experience working with an outsourced recruitment supplier
*Experience of working in a highly commercial environment ideally, but not essentially, within Legal, Financial Services or Regulated environment Understand operating in a COE model and how to leverage those relationships to deliver large scale projects Able to interpret data and use this to forecast trends and make considered decisions quickly
*Delivery focused and able to demonstrate a highly client centric service Ability to understand complex problems and make effective recommendations
*Ability to translate complex business problems into workable solutions
*Strong experience working in a complex, matrix environment
*Comfortable in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment and relish working in a change environment Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging and managing senior stakeholders CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with evidence of further education being beneficial
What's on Offer This is a permanent role paying between £65,000 to £80,000 (negotiable depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits.
