Resourcing Team Lead, Liverpool (£33,000)
This role will manage a team of Resources to effectively meet the resourcing demands and recruit the best talent for the company. This is a hands-on delivery role, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, to implement an excellent recruitment strategy, provide exceptional transaction processing and maximise customer efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead your team to achieve business metrics by managing set KPIs and SLAs.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Leader by ensuring service standards are met.Deliver a workflow that delivers streamlined recruitment and effective processes for queries and transactions.Share your insights and train team members to help them developBuild and maintain effective and credible relationships with managers and senior leadership
Key experience:
- Agile leader that can motivate and coordinate their HR team in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrable knowledge and background within resourcingExcellent communication Expertise in using HR systems, such as Workday Attention to detailKnowledgeable of HR policies, processes, and the market
