Senior HR Advisor

My client organises high profile sports events across the UK collaborating with top businesses and Charities to improve sports and recreation to unite and inspire people. They are looking to recruit Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team.

Within this role you will be inspired to continue to drive this high level of performance working closely with the Head of HR you will support on all HR generalist duties including recruitment, performance management, training and employee relations. This role suits a HR professional as worked with senior level stakeholders with the ability to be flexible and drive change management programmes.

As part of the HR team you will drive the Diversity and Inclusion Agenda, Well-being and Employee engagement strategy enabling you to be involved in company wide surveys and training. Experience in these areas are desirable but not essential. Ideally you will have had exposure to employee surveys and policy and procedures around best practise in these areas.

To be successful in this role you will be happy with autonomy naturally pro-active and a team player. No day will be the same and you will be expected to pick up some of the administrative duties alongside the project work and general role out of the HR Agenda. You will be CIPD qualified and have previous experience working in a fast-paced SME style business with a strong understanding of UK Employment Law. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to influence and guide stakeholders whilst building strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team.

Salary: £45k - £50k
