A firm I have worked with for over 5 years are currently in the market for a brand new Recruitment Advisor to join their growing team. This award-winning consultancy have doubled their headcount over the last few years and have an outstanding reputation for the emphasis they put on their people.

Working closely with other experienced Recruiters, and reporting into an extremely supportive and ambitious Head of Recruitment, you will partner closely with your assigned business group to drive strategy, guide processes and identify excellent future talent. The team all possess strong direct sourcing skills so you will be joining a function who are market-leaders in their trade.

The recruitment process and candidate experience are both paramount within this firm so appreciation of the entire recruitment cycle from another corporate environment will set you up for success here.

The salary on offer is between £40,000 and £45,000, depending on your experience, and the wider package benefits include: profit share scheme, guaranteed bonus, healthcare, pension, wellbeing allowance and regular firm events.
