A fantastic 6 month FTC Recruitment Coordinator opportunity is available within an independent investment banking firm in Central London. The role requires the successful candidate to manage the scheduling of interviews, ATS management, creating a positive candidate experience and assisting new hires during the on-boarding process. Responsibilities:Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from telephone interviews to liaising with hiring managers to organise interviews & offer confirmationManage the firms career page to ensure that all active roles are advertisedBooking of internal meetingsProactively build reliable relationships with Hiring Managers to allow for a smooth recruitment processBe the point of contact for the full on-boarding processProcessing invoicesCompiling New Hire Starter Packs Requirements:Knowledge of professional and high pressure environmentExcellent Microsoft Office skillsAbility to communicate with internal stakeholdersExcellent time management and administration skillsStrong problem-solving capabilities If interested, please apply directly
