Your new role
Your new role will be a well-rounded generalist role. Your generalist HR duties will include: First point of contact for HR and all Insight staff globally, Carry out Maternity Employee Briefings and Exit Interviews, Responsible for co-ordination of new joiner inductions, Contract Generation, Pre-employment Screening, Employee References, and New Hire on-Boarding. You will need to ensure all payroll documentation is correct. Your role will also encompass benefits administration -Liaise with benefit broker to ensure they have accurate data at all times

You will need experience with the above within a fast paced HR shared services team
