Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business in Bristol with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner for a 12 month ftc (potential to go permanent) paying up to £65,000pa.

Our client - a leading international organisation.

A vacancy has arisen within our HR team for an HR Business Partner to come and work for us on a 12 month fixed term contract. The HR Business Partner will shape the people strategy and organisational design for assigned client groups to deliver business strategy and mitigate people risks as well as Collaborating with CoE functions and HR services to ensure solutions are in place to add value and deliver against the people strategy and business requirements across the employee life cycle.

Key Accountabilities:
*Partner with Business Unit Directors to comprehensively understand business strategy, objectives and people challenges. Coach, influence and contribute to the development of the functional strategy, aligning HR and Business strategies to ensure achievement of business goals.
*Translate business requirements into solutions, collaborating with Co E´s and HR Services to ensure resource availability and successful implementation of solutions
*Bring insight from assigned business areas to shape and implement the overall HR strategy. Drive implementation of the HR Strategy.
*Support talent management and succession planning in Business Unit, providing insight to wider talent programmes in collaboration with the talent team
*Provide expertise on organisational design with accountability for shaping and implementing all people aspects of organisational change (including M&A's) ensuring effective change management through the change life cycle. Manage people risks appropriately and engage HR services to deliver associated people changes
*Lead on high risk employee relations cases providing advice and guidance, minimising corporate reputational risk and cost
*Support the business in driving employee engagement through interpretation of survey results, action planning and driving forward defined actions
*As a member of the HR leadership team, collaborate to develop and prioritise the operational roadmap, governance and regulatory responsibilities of the team
*Coach and influence client base regarding their own leadership effectiveness to drive a high performance culture and deliver against business priorities.
*Analyse data to identify and investigate trends, make recommendations for improvement and inform key functional decisions, establish action plans to address.
*Lead HR projects associated with accountabilities in accordance with the company project methodology against defined budget, timescales and deliverables
*Lead recruitment and selection activity for senior recruitment
*Provide thought leadership in areas of accountability by keeping abreast of industry trends and best practice. Drive continuous improvement and service excellence, exploiting opportunities and driving change initiatives.
Skills/ Experience:
*Significant proven experience of partnering at C suite level in a matrix environment
*Knowledge of FCA and UK regulatory regime
*Expert knowledge of HR processes, legislation and governance through the employee life cycle
*Business Acumen - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Effective Communications - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Knowledge of Organization - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Relationship Management - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR Consulting - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR metrics use & development - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR Planning and Development - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR Policies, Standards and Procedures - Proficiency Level Expert
*HR Policies, Strategies and Environment - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Organizational Change Management (HR) - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Project management - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Talent Management - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Expert in organisational design, restructure, redundancy and change management
*Degree educated or equivalent. MCIPD qualified or equivalent.
*Expert understanding and application of all HR specialisms (e.g. talent, succession, OD, recruitment, MI, reward, performance, operational services)
*Proficient in MS office suite
