HR Administrator

Ashley Kate we are pleased to be working closely with an international business, to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis in Coventry.

You must have had experience of working within HR Administration previously and be able to demonstrate ambition for a HR career, such as studying towards your CIPD. The role is offering up to £22000 depending on your level of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager through a variety of administration tasks, as well as providing a professional and quality HR administrative service.
Including:
·Maintaining accurate employee records
·Assisting with Recruitment - including apprentice recruitment
·Manage all new starters and leavers documentation and processes
·Induction Paperwork
·Liaising with Payroll on any HR related matters
·Note taking at investigation and disciplinary meetings
