A global Asset Management firm are currently looking to hire a Leadership Development & Talent Manager on a 6 month contract.

Working directly with the Director of Talent Management, this role will manage and execute all aspects of leadership development. This will include the execution of a high performers programme, learning groups, organisation effectiveness and executive coaching. This role has a key focus on highly skilled facilitation, as a large amount of content is already designed.

Leadership Development and High Potentials Programme:

  • Leverage of global programme to deliver internal content/programmes across the UK
  • Deliver leadership development workshops with or without psychometric tools
  • Manage executive coaching assignments
  • Deliver career management and development planning training
  • Support HRBPs with employee engagement initiatives including the employee satisfaction survey
  • Effectively manage external vendor relationships
  • Day to day management of the Talent Development Administrator
  • Support all budgeting, invoicing and production of MI in relation to leadership development
  • Effectively manage relationships with HRBPs and key stakeholders to interpret leadership development requirements and needs
  • Consult, design and facilitate delivery of some training programmes
  • Serve as a key contact for the e-learning development offering
  • Support key e-learning projects across the business
  • Support the wider Talent team in the delivery of the annual performance management cycle

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar talent development role
  • Full training cycle experience including- training needs analysis, design, facilitation, delivery and execution and review - a key focus is on highly skilled facilitation, as a large amount of content is already designed).
  • Experience of designing and developing leadership and core curriculum programmes. Able to update and innovate existing programmes
  • Very strong training, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience of psychometrics and/or qualified in some assessment tools is desirable
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Enthusiastic and proactive
  • Able to work in a standalone capacity
  • Coaching qualifications advantageous
