Your new company
A successful family owned business in the retail and consumer goods sector are actively recruiting to a brand new HR Officer role, due to the growth of the company. Through an increase in inward investment, they are adding to their Human Resources department and are looking for experienced HR professional to join this expanding team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive and confidential HR support service across the business. Supporting the HR Manager, this is a true generalist job role which will cover all aspects of HR, with an emphasis on employee relations at an operational level, with the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR projects to help the business grow further.
What you'll need to succeed
We are keen to hear from applicants with a good grounding in HR, having worked as either an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator before. You will be working directly with Managers and Supervisors within the business and so previous experience of providing HR advice is ideal. Ideally you will be qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent, and have strong IT skills with experience of using all Microsoft Office applications. Up to date payroll and employment law knowledge is required.
