Description

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Design and delivery of Marketing campaigns as part of the wider investment communication strategy.
  • Oversight of all external corporate communications, including print and digital Marketing issues
  • Ensure integrated approach taken to promoting the brand, products and services across all media

Job Content

  • Creation of new marketing literature and updating of existing Marketing literature, as required, in order to ensure our material is engaging with our existing and potential clients.
  • Liaise with external graphic designer/printers/third-party marketing teams to ensure that all material adheres to a high standard within budget guidelines
  • Responsibility for the website, making sure this is updated with timely information and that this promotional opportunity is maximised.
  • Lead on social media engagement and management of the related corporate profiles to ensure that that they, and all communication from them, is in line with brand, company standards and compliance regulations.
  • Implement PR activities for the organisation in order to effectively raise brand awareness and showcase investment expertise/products/services across identified media publications
  • Creative input and formatting of investment presentations for both internal and industry events
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all Due Diligence questionnaires, as well as maintenance of the company's standard Due Diligence documents
  • Responsibility for efficient and accurate maintenance of the Compliance log for all financial promotions, presentations, website & client-facing paperwork, ensuring that appropriate sign off is obtained and recorded.
  • Ensure that all external communications from the business are issued to a high standard and are produced in line with compliance guidelines in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst being disciplined in adhering to our Brand image.

Profile

Competencies

  • Marketing skills and experience. Experience within financial services Marketing would be strongly preferred.
  • Creativity -thought leadership in terms of the look and feel of our Marketing material
  • Strong client focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork skills - this role requires liaising across various teams and functions both inside and outside of the Business, as well as working closely with other members of the Investment Communication area
  • Project Management and the ability to work within fast-paced environment, to frequent and tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to critically review and revise external communication material in order to optimize client engagement.
  • Good technology skills and the ability/willingness to learn new computer packages.
  • Skills and experience in effective social media promotion and engagement (e.g. LinkedIn)
