Onsite Recruitment Business Partner - RPO Permanent £50,000-£60,000 Working onsite at a global insurance firm
Your new company
Working onsite through one of largest RPO providers, you will work closely with hiring managers to build and strengthen relationships for a global insurance firm. Based in London, you will work alongside another experienced Recruitment Business partner to manage vacancies across there corporate functions.
Your new role
- Develop the end to end recruitment campaign strategy in line with the business needs
- Actively seek out new talent and manage candidates through the pipeline
- Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role
- Identify new areas of process improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working Internal and/or through an RPO model.
- Experience working to targets, SLA's and reporting back to the business
- Experience driving strategic recruitment relationships
