My client is a leading provider of services within the Fintech space and are looking for a new HR Business Partner following a re-structure of the business. Working closely with the HR Director, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner, ideally having worked in a small to medium sized business. This is a true generalist role, so you must be interested in hitting the ground running across all HR disciplines.

This will include:

Recruitment

Employee lifecycle management

Employee relations

Compensation management

Organisational development

HR systems, reporting and analysis

Training and development

You will have experience working with HR systems and be able to use their new one with ease, as well as confident with Excel. You will be the point of contact for client groups internationally, with the flexibility to travel across EMEA and APAC when needed.

This role will largely involve thinking creatively and acting as a true self-starter to create and implement new strategies across the regions. It is a really fast-paced business so you need to be able to think on your feet and use your initiative. You will be able handle the operations side of the business but think business like.
