Oakleaf Partnership are working with a top 100 FTSE listed global company who are based in Central London. They are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.Reporting to the Reward Manager, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the annual pay and bonus review to ensure it is completed in an accurate and timely fashionSupporting the job evaluation and benchmarking processes and ensuring that the process is as efficient and streamlined as possibleProvide analysis on compensation related processesRespond to any compensation related enquiries from employeesAssisting the team with ad hoc projects as requiredThe ideal candidate will have a passion for analytics, be excel savvy and have prior experience in job evaluation, benchmarking and pay review processes.To be considered for this position please apply accordingly or get in touch with Yasmin Earl at Oakleaf Partnership to find out more about the role.
