Reward Consultant - 3-4 month role - financial services - Central London
Your new company
I am working with a boutique financial services company with offices in The City, who are looking for a Reward Consultant to support them on a 3-4 month period.
Your new role
You will be involved in a number of projects, to ensure that the company remains competitive in the market place, providing a Total rewards statement for the Head of HR. Projects will include benchmarking across the business, and providing job gradings. You will advise on how bonuses are calculated, and ensure base salaries are competitive in the market place. You will also review the benefits offering.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked on a number of similar projects, and have managed benchmarking, job grading, and market reviews. You must be available on short notice also.
What you'll get in return
You will have autonomy and the opportunity to develop the reward function in a small financial services business. Financial services experience is not essential so this could be a good opportunity to gain this.
