Job Details

Our client is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join their team as Resourcing Manager.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will take responsibility for the full recruitment cycle and all aspects relating to appointing new talent to the business. Working closely with managers, the Resourcing Manager will provide guidance on job descriptions, agreeing job advertisements and delivering a clear recruitment plan, ensuring compliance and company process is adhered to at all times.

To be considered for this role, candidates will have proven experience of managing the delivery of high volume, multi-channel recruitment campaigns to time, cost and quality. Experience of leading and managing a resourcing team would be advantageous. With excellent communication skills, you will be confident in working across all levels of the business with the ability to prioritise your workload in a busy and fast paced environment.

Due to the location of our client, there will be some travel with the position.
