ASAP startSalary: £25,000 - £28,000Hertfordshire Oakleaf partnership are working with a well-known facilities management business in North West London who require a HR Administrator to join the team. This role will be providing first line support to the business through the HR helpdesk, and to be responsible for the delivery of all HR processes. This is a fun and dynamic HR team. This role has been created as the company has grown over the years and require additional support.Duties:Production of relevant documentation in line with HR procedures. Documentation sent out in an accurate and timely manner, with relevant information passed onto HR Data Specialist teamManage the maternity process liaising with HR Business Partners, HR Data Specialists and Occupational Health as appropriateManaging transactions regarding starters and leavers, ensuring all involved are up to date and including liaison with service providersPayroll liaison ensuring information is correct and within relevant payroll cut-off datesProduction of offer letter and all items relating to new starters including the co-ordination and liaison of the reference checking process, OH clearance, company car process etcPlan, organise and prioritise workload on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, ensuring work is evenly allocated across the team and that adequate cover is available to ensure service levels are maintained within the HR Operations team We're looking for:Experience within an HR environmentCIPD qualified or working towardsExperience of all MS Office packages in particular Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
