Senior HR Business Partner EMEA
A financial technology firm seeks a high calibre HR Business Partner to support continued EMEA growth and cultural change.
The role will primarily work with senior leaders within the EMEA organisation to deliver an integrated people strategy that is reflective of business requirements.
There will be an emphasis on talent management, capability building, employee relations and culture development and change as the company has grown quickly and continues to expand at pace. There will be a focus on ensuring talent pipelines, career planning and succession is embedded and challenges in the area of performance measurement and evaluation. You'll also act as a conduit to performance and reward, talent acquisition and learning CoE and lead a small team of HR generalists.
To excel, you will offer proven generalist EMEA HR business partnering experience within technology, financial services or fintech environments. You will be experienced partnering and influencing a geographically dispersed EMEA management team and have deep experience in organisation development and cultural change.
You'll also be comfortable working in fast paced US matrix environments and have the strategic ability to grasp the bigger picture and translate this into commercially pragmatic people solutions.
The organisation has a strong people development agenda and the prospects for the successful applicant are excellent. The role will include some periodic international travel in EMEA.
