Interim HR Advisor - c£30-35k – 3/6 months - Newark

This is an excellent opportunity for an interim HR professional to support the business during a period of change. Reporting in to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR team and Senior Management, your role will be to provide expert HR support and advice in all areas of HR.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support managers, supervisors and team leaders with all HR related issues.

Provide HR advice to enable compliance whilst building the reputation as a 'trusted adviser'.

Assist the HRM in the management of complex ER processes.

Provide support with Trade Union negotiations and relationships.

Provide guidance to members of the HR Team regarding case work.

Help to drive a performance culture throughout the organisation.

Work with the management teams to ascertain performance levels and skills gaps

Provide an effective and comprehensive HR Service to a high level, managing and dealing with Employee Relations

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Immediately available to commence an interim contract.

Possess a sound understanding of Employment Law and HR related Case Law.

Extensive HR generalist experience within a unionised environment.

Restructure & Change experience

Blue collar, manufacturing or FMCG sector experience
