Ashley Kate are currently working with a growing International hospitality organisation based near Soho, West London in their search for a HR Administrator. This is offered on a permanent and full time basis.

About you:

This busy and growing organisation is looking for a passionate and hardworking Administrator to join the superb team at their UK Head Office. If you are looking for a role where you will receive consistent development, growth and career progression then this is the role for you. The client requires a candidate that has held a similar role in a busy, multi-sited hospitality or retail organisation.

  • Excellent knowledge of HR and Learning and Development administration
  • Experience of operating in a multi-divisional and multi-cultural organisation
  • Held an administration role within a hospitality, retail or similar organisation
  • Ability to find and collate information from a variety of sources
  • Good knowledge of payroll processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Be able to use initiative to find solutions
  • CIPD L3 preferred but not essential
  • Good attention to detail, time management and able to keep information confidential
  • Strong IT skills
  • It is desirable, however not essential that the candidate can speak an additional language.


About the role

As HR Administrator you will:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Senior Management in HR, Learning and Development and recruitment.
  • Be the initial point of contact for general staff at the Head Office regarding all HR and Learning and Development queries
  • Daily maintenance of the HR database, scanning, filing, data collation and record updates within the boundaries of the Data Protection Act.
  • First line recruitment support for the business, including the preparation and updating of all job descriptions, person specifications, and the preparation of job adverts, arrange interviews
  • Issue offer letter, contracts, and any other employment related paperwork.
  • Carry out new employee induction when required.
  • Monitoring, recording and reporting holidays, absences and time-keeping,
  • Conducting and assisting on whole process of Probation, Disciplinary and Grievance hearings, and taking notes as necessary
  • Liaising with payroll and assisting where required.
  • Supporting HR in other sites UK and Internationally
