Project Manager

My client, an innovative creative consultancy based in the heart of London are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As a key part of the Solutions Team, the successful applicant will manage innovative events and experiences from inception to delivery. The role requires excellent management of internal and client stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines are met whilst upholding the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include;

Manage projects in the Training and Experiences practice, from inception to delivery, including day to day operational aspects whilst closely adhering to internal processes

Coordinate project teams

Overseeing the financial implications of projects and controlling costs

Manage projects end-to-end to ensure adherence to timelines

Build and maintain good relationships with client teams and other external stakeholders

Lead project status updates with client teams

Manage the event delivery process

Support the training content design process, when required

Contribute to the team, and support the team where required

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing multiple and high complex projects - from inception to delivery.
