This is a Senior HR Business Partner role within an Infrastructure division of a progressive global Professional Services organisation who are undergoing exciting growth plans. This Senior HR Business Partner role will partner one of the most exciting areas to work in this organisation. They have an ambitious growth & transformation strategy intent on driving future growth in this high performing business area. Key responsibilities include: Building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in the businessProviding strategic and day to day HR leadership to drive the delivery of the business' talent planUsing extensive skills, knowledge and business acumen to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and strategic workforce planning, talent analytics and management, ensuring fairness and consistency runs throughoutSecuring and building a strong, diverse talent pipelineSharing knowledge and insights with the wider HR community to help shape best practise and ensure business goals are in line with firm-wide strategyNurturing, coaching and mentoring team members and the wider HR community As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate: Experience at Senior HR Business Partner level and have a proven track record in core HR competencies and exposure to the associated risksDelivery focused and able to demonstrate a highly client centric serviceExperience of working in a highly commercial environment ideally, but not essentially, within Legal, Financial Services or Regulated environmentUnderstand operating in a Centre of Excellence model and how to leverage those relationships to deliver large scale projectsAble to interpret data and use this to spot trends and make considered decisions quicklyComfortable in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment and relish working in a change environmentAdept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging and managing senior stakeholders Competitive salary and benefits including flexibility to work from home on offer.
