Job Details
I am working in partnership with a charity based in Reading to recruit an experienced Interim Head of HR for a short-term contract.
Key skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an HR capacity within a charitable organisation is a benefit
- Confident in managing, coaching and guiding a HR team
- Good understanding of employee relations matters
- Adaptable to change with a solution orientated approach
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
