L+D AdvisorInternational Media Business12 month FTC£38,000 - £40,000Central London This client are an international record label based in Central London. They require an experience L+D professional to join them on a 12 month FTC basis. As a L+D Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of L+D and the wider HR team to support the business by creating and delivering learning interventions and programmes. Duties will include but are not limited to: Working with the L+D team in creating and delivering L+D strategy and planCreate effective content, tailoring for different areas of the businessInstigating individual career development programmesDelivering workshops and development/training programmesConstant analysis of team/individual needs across the functionsEnsure budget allocations are at its most effective, and updates of development activity are trackedPartner with external providers on occasion for delivery of programmes Skills/Experience: Experience in design and delivery of effective programmes and learning solutionsAbility to work in an ever-changing environmentExperience in group training and/or developmentAbility to build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders and learners at all levelsOwning delivery and reporting of all programmesAbility to tailor programmes to specific client groupsAbility to multi-taskIdeally CIPD or equivalentConfidence in pushing back and challenging processesPassionate about being the best in your field Ideally you will available immediately or on short notice, however, the client will wait notice for the perfect candidate.
