Ashley Kate are recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a period of 12 Months for an education provider in Lincoln.

Whether you're an experienced HRBP or a HR Advisor looking for that next step - we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, is solutions focussed and uses their initiative, as well as being experienced in resolving complex ER issues.This is a fantastic opportunity, that encompasses the full end to end remit of HR.

As HR Business Partner you will contribute to the strategic plan, org development, legislation and implementing policies.

You will advocate best practice, provide advice, guidance and challenge to deliver pragmatic solutions to your area.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·Complex ER issues - end to end case management
·End to end recruitment
·Occ Health
·Aligning operational HR to the wider strategic plans
·Work closely with trade unions to encourage communication and proactive solutions

Essentials:
·Generalist HR experience
·CIPD Qualified
