Job Details
A highly regarded global quants trading firm is looking for a Graduate Recruiter EMEA - Tech - to join the HR team based in the London office. Reporting in to the EMEA Head of Talent, you will be responsible for defining & managing Campus Strategy, Attraction, Processes and events end-to-end across multiple countries working as part of the global HR team.
More specifically as Graduate Recruiter - EMEA - Tech you will be responsible for:
- Working with the Leadership team, business and universities you will manage Tech Graduate Recruitment processes and strategy end-to-end across EMEA.
- You will manage graduate/ campus related projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills needed.
You will be an accomplished Graduate Recruitment Manager who has operated within another global financial services or technology firm. Degree 2:1+ and / or CIPD preferred.
This is an exceptionally high performing business which is growing quite significantly internationally.
