Interim HR/Recruitment Administrator

£113 per day + holiday

My client are a values driven FMCG business based in Richmond. They require a driven interim HR/Recruitment administrator to assist the global HR and Recruitment team for approximately 6 weeks. This is a great role for a someone looking to get exposure within a fast growing business.

Supporting the recruitment manager, this roles main responsibility will be to manage the candidate experience in the process.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Advertising vacancies on relevant job boards

Screening CVs

Managing the candidate process - ensuring they are fully aware of the interview process, and fully prepared

Scheduling face to face interviews

Assisting the recruitment manager with any projects

HR admin for the team

Skills/Experience:

Values driven

Previous experience within a HR/Recruitment admin role

Enjoy being a champion for a brand

Understand the importance of the candidate experience

Great attention to detail

As this role is to start ASAP, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
